- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
How to make apricot whip
- Cover apricots with hot water and soak for 30 minutes. Drain well.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the apricots, yogurt, and honey. Process until smooth. Chill.
- Note: To serve, sprinkle nuts on each portion.
